CATHERINE MARTIN’S rich and distinctive aesthetic has been an essential ingredient in Baz Luhrmann’s feature films, operas, plays and live events for over 20 years. Catherine is a partner with Luhrmann in Bazmark Inq., which includes subsidiaries Bazmark Live and Bazmark Music, and is one of the world’s most innovative producers of film, theatre and entertainment. Silvana began her collaboration with Catherine Martin in 1997 during her final year at university where she was undertaking a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications. Since graduating with honours, Silvana has worked closely with Catherine on various critically acclaimed design projects including Moulin Rouge!, Puccini's La Boheme on Broadway, Chanel's No.5: The Film, Baz Luhrmann¹s epic Australia and most recently Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby. Silvana has been Head Designer at Bazmark Inq since 2001 and has been Catherine's main design collaborator in Catherine's home range since its inception in 2006.


Christopher started with Catherine Martin’s design team in 2003 after studying theatre design at Western Australia’s Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). In film design he has worked on numerous projects including Matrix Reloaded, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, Wolverine, Australia, The Voyage of the Dawn treader and Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby. Theatre projects include Belvoir St's reprise of Diary of a Madman and the upcoming production of Strictly Ballroom Live.


Rachael joined Catherine Martin’s team in 2011 after graduating from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with honors in Film and Television Production. Having specialized in producing throughout her course, Rachael produced numerous films, documentaries, music videos and commercials in 16mm, 35mm and digital formats, several of which have screened at various film festivals internationally. Prior to the exciting opportunity of working on Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby with Catherine, Rachael held various positions at production companies including Red Crown Productions, Gigantic Pictures and Window Productions.
